The following conditions apply for all room bookings. Prices indicated are subject to change in the event of major economic changes.

For the NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER, the following supplement is applicable to half-board guests: 60 euros per adult and 40 euros per child (under the age of 12 and dining with their parents).

Bookings are only considered confirmed when accompanied by the payment of a 30% or 50% deposit for the period 19/12/15 to 03/01/2016

The deposit amount is deducted from the total amount of the stay.

The visitor tax is 0.75€ per person and per day for over 16s.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation MORE than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the 30% deposit will be kept.

In the event of a cancellation LESS than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, you will be invoiced for 50% of the total amount for the stay.

In the event of a late cancellation, less than one week prior to the date of arrival or in the event of a no-show, you will be invoiced for 100% of the total amount of the stay.

Changes to or curtailment of your stay

Meals not taken during the stay will not be refunded.

Should you curtail your stay or arrive on a later date than planned, and should we be unable to re-sell the room, you will be invoiced for the entire initial amount of the stay, by way of compensation, as a matter of course.

Check-in

We do our utmost to make sure your room is available at the earliest convenience. However, please be informed that this is only possible from 4 p.m. onwards. All bookings are held until 6 p.m. Should you plan to arrive after 10 p.m., please contact us for details on picking up keys and gaining access to the Lodge.

Check-out

Rooms must be vacated between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Should the room not be vacated at the specified time, you will automatically be charged for 50% of the room rate, unless prior authorisation has been received from Reception.

A free luggage storage area is available.
